Located in Covington, GA, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and resources. Designed specifically for ovarian cancer patients in need, our program offers a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate the burdens of everyday expenses. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling from licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions by certified genetic counselors, all conducted via phone to enhance accessibility and convenience. We invite healthcare providers including physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Applications are processed in the order they are received, and assistance is contingent upon funding availability, ensuring that we extend our support as effectively as possible to these incredibly strong individuals.
