OvarCare Patient Assistance Program in Cumming, GA is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential resources to ease their journey. This program offers a customized financial assistance package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help cover necessary expenses. In addition, we provide access to psycho-social counseling with a licensed clinical social worker and phone consultations with a licensed genetic counselor to address emotional and genetic concerns. We invite healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed in the order received based on available funding.
