OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to empowering women in Dacula, GA, as they navigate the challenges of ovarian cancer. We understand the importance of support during this difficult journey, which is why our program offers vital financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients. Each participant can receive a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help with essential needs. In addition, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions via phone from a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions with a certified Genetic Counselor. We invite healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients, ensuring our services are accessible and responsive. Applications are processed as they are received, and funding availability may vary, reflecting our commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of these resilient women.
