MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Duluth, GA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities annually for obesity and provide tailored referrals to effective weight management solutions. We offer a range of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans who prefer self-guided approaches can utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app, and for those needing additional assistance, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Our program is committed to meeting the unique preferences and needs of each Veteran, ensuring they have the resources and support necessary on their journey to better health.
