Located in Evans, GA, Family Support Program is dedicated to empowering families of individuals diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders, ages 3 and up. Our mission is to strengthen family bonds and enhance quality of life by providing essential services that link families to critical community resources. We offer a comprehensive range of programs including specialized medical supplies, therapeutic services, counseling, recreation and social activities, environmental modifications, and respite care. Our commitment is to ensure families thrive together in their home and community settings. We aim to support those in need while recognizing that certain services may not be covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance, which allows us to focus on the specific gaps necessary for family unity and growth.
