MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fairburn, GA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to routinely screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services that cater to their unique needs. Offering a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for those who prefer in-home support, we empower Veterans to take control of their health. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app allows individuals to manage their weight independently.
