Located in Fayetteville, GA, Women's Health First (WHF) is dedicated to empowering individuals at risk of type 2 diabetes through our comprehensive Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). Designed for participants aged 18 and older, this evidence-based, year-long program emphasizes sustainable lifestyle changes to significantly lower the risk of developing diabetes. Participants benefit from a CDC-approved curriculum, guidance from a knowledgeable lifestyle coach, and the encouragement of a supportive group environment.
