Located in Fayetteville, GA, the HIV Elimination Program is dedicated to providing essential HIV care to low-income individuals who are uninsured and underserved. Our mission is to ensure that everyone living with HIV has access to vital medical services that they might otherwise miss. We offer a wide range of support, including HIV medical case management, medical nutrition therapy, comprehensive medical care, mental health services, dental care, outpatient substance abuse services, and legal advocacy. Additionally, we address the basic nutritional needs of our clients by providing food assistance to help them thrive.
