OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer in Forest Park, GA, by providing vital financial assistance and resources tailored to their unique needs. Our program understands the challenges these strong and resilient individuals face and strives to alleviate some of their burdens through a comprehensive support package, which includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card. In addition to financial aid, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone to ensure holistic support. We encourage healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed in the order they are received, contingent on available funding.
