MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Forest Park, GA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management. Our mission is to annually screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to effective weight management services. We offer a range of treatments designed to meet individual needs, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer self-guided management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while Veterans facing ongoing challenges may access weight loss medications or bariatric surgery.
