At Women's Health First in Griffin, GA, we are dedicated to empowering individuals at risk for type 2 diabetes through our Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). Designed for participants aged 18 and older, this year-long program focuses on adopting sustainable, healthy lifestyle choices and features a comprehensive, CDC-approved diabetes curriculum, experienced lifestyle coaches, and supportive group sessions.
