In Hampton, GA, Women's Health First (WHF) proudly presents the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP), a supportive initiative designed for individuals aged 18 and above who are at risk for type 2 diabetes. This evidence-based program not only utilizes a CDC-approved diabetes curriculum but also features experienced lifestyle coaches and engaging support groups to foster positive change. Over the course of a year, participants will learn sustainable, healthy lifestyle choices that significantly reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
