The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant is dedicated to supporting individuals in Hampton, GA, who are facing financial difficulties due to the diagnosis of chronic, terminal, or rare illnesses such as cancer, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s Disease. Through our program, we offer essential utility assistance and grocery support, ensuring that individuals have the resources they need during challenging times. It’s important to note that the grant can provide assistance for either utilities or groceries, but not both simultaneously. We also collaborate with Vital Options International (VOI) and other local organizations to connect our recipients with additional resources and assistance. Our mission is to provide practical help and compassion to those navigating these difficult circumstances, empowering them to focus on their health and well-being.
