Located in Hampton, GA, Teen Parent Connection (TPC) is dedicated to empowering young parents in foster care with the essential guidance, support, and resources they need to thrive as both individuals and caregivers. Our mission is to help teen mothers and fathers succeed by providing comprehensive services that include education and training, access to clothing and baby essentials, food assistance to ensure basic nutritional needs are met, and transportation support for families. Our group classes address vital topics such as advocacy, parenting education, nutrition, developmental milestones, and positive discipline, all aimed at fostering confidence and skill development among young parents.
