Located in Hephzibah, GA, the Family Support Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorders, aged 3 and up, who reside in home and community settings. Our mission is to strengthen family unity and support by connecting families to essential resources and services. We provide a comprehensive array of supports such as specialized medical supplies, diagnostic and dental services, therapeutic services including occupational and physical therapy, and counseling for both individuals and families. In addition, we offer recreational opportunities, environmental modifications for homes and vehicles, training for parents, behavior consultation, respite care, and travel reimbursements. We strive to ensure every family has access to the help they need, while noting that we are unable to cover costs for services funded by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance.
