This bilingual program offers participants essential tools for effective diabetes management, including six informative e-booklets tailored to their individual needs, a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and resources in both English and Spanish, and information about local community events. Additionally, participants who provide their phone number can join our engaging monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can directly inquire about diabetes concerns from esteemed ADA experts, learn vital connections between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways designed to enhance their well-being.
