MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hiram, GA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, ensuring they have access to personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges after engaging with MOVE!.
