Located in Hiram, GA, the Patient Financial Assistance Program is dedicated to providing critical financial support to cancer patients and their families facing challenges in meeting their basic living expenses. Our program offers financial assistance of up to $600 per year, which is paid directly to utility companies, pharmacies, and bill collectors on behalf of eligible patients. In addition, we provide gas and grocery gift cards to help alleviate the burden of transportation and food costs. Patients can reapply for assistance each year, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria, and requests for aid can be made as needed, with the understanding that we may fulfill one request at a time depending on fund availability.
