Located in Jasper, GA, the Family Support Program provides essential services tailored for individuals aged 3 and up with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our mission is to foster family unity by connecting families with vital community resources and supports that enhance their quality of life. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including specialized medical supplies, therapeutic services like occupational and physical therapy, counseling, and respite care, along with training programs for parents and families to empower them. Additionally, we facilitate access to diagnostic services, recreation activities, environmental modifications, and financial planning assistance, ensuring comprehensive support for families. While we are dedicated to helping, please note that we cannot cover services already provided by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance.
