Our program includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help cover essential expenses. Additionally, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling by trained professionals, all via phone for convenience. We invite healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, ensuring a seamless process, as we prioritize applications based on their order of receipt and available funding.
