The OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Jonesboro, GA, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients, enabling them to focus on their health during challenging times. We offer a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to assist with everyday needs. In addition to financial support, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with a licensed clinical social worker, as well as genetic counseling sessions. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients. Please note that applications are processed in the order they are received, and grant availability may vary based on funding.
