Our faith-based organization offers a wide spectrum of services, including primary care, wellness checks, diabetes testing and management, cholesterol testing, treatment for acute infections, and individual counseling. To ensure each patient receives the best possible care, we require all new patients to attend a New Patient Orientation class, held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 9:00 a.m. We proudly serve a diverse population across 34 counties and 31 cities in the middle Georgia area, welcoming those in need of emergency medical assistance and ongoing health support.
