OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Kennesaw, GA, as they bravely navigate the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance to patients in need, allowing them to focus on their health and recovery. We offer a comprehensive package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card for transportation needs, and a $100 grocery card to help with daily essentials. Additionally, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling via phone to ensure holistic support. We invite physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients, with processing occurring in the order received and funding availability determining grant awards.
