Based in Kennesaw, GA, the Patient Financial Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting cancer patients and their families in meeting essential living expenses during challenging times. Our mission is to alleviate financial stress by offering up to $600 per year in financial assistance, paid directly to utility companies, pharmacies, or bill collectors to ensure our clients can focus on their health. In addition, we provide gas and grocery gift cards to help with transportation and food needs. Eligible patients can apply annually, and we encourage repeated requests for assistance as long as funds are available.
