Located in Lagrange, GA, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to empowering women facing the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential financial support through a comprehensive assistance package tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients in need. Each package includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, ensuring that our patients can focus on their health and well-being without the burden of financial stress. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling via phone with licensed clinical social workers, as well as genetic counseling sessions to help guide patients through their journey. We invite healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed promptly based on funding availability, reaffirming our commitment to stand by the side of these incredibly strong individuals every step of the way.
