Located in Lilburn, GA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by promoting effective weight management strategies. Our mission focuses on screening every Veteran who accesses care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of practical options, including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed weight management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, our program provides access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need more intensive support after engaging with MOVE!. Interested Veterans are encouraged to speak with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to start their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
