Located in Lithia Springs, GA, the HIV Elimination Program is dedicated to transforming the lives of low-income individuals living with HIV who are uninsured and underserved. Our mission is to ensure that those in our community receive vital HIV care that they might not otherwise access. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including HIV medical case management, medical nutrition therapy, and essential medical care. Additionally, we address the emotional and social well-being of our clients through mental health care, dental services, outpatient substance abuse support, and legal advocacy. To further support our clients, we offer food assistance to meet their basic nutritional needs, fostering a holistic approach to health and wellness for every individual we serve.
