The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant, based in Lithonia, GA, is dedicated to supporting individuals grappling with significant financial challenges resulting from chronic, terminal, or rare medical conditions, including cancer, Parkinson's disease, and Huntington's disease. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burden by providing essential utility assistance and grocery assistance to those in need. Please note that each grant can cover either utility bills or grocery costs, ensuring that we can maximize our impact for those we serve. In addition, we collaborate with various partner organizations to connect recipients with additional resources and support within the community, striving to create a supportive network for those navigating tough circumstances with dignity and care.
