Located in Lithonia, GA, the HIV Elimination Program is dedicated to ensuring that low-income individuals living with HIV, who are often uninsured and underserved, receive essential care and support. We offer a comprehensive array of services, including HIV medical case management, medical nutrition therapy, mental health care, dental services, and outpatient substance abuse assistance. Our program also provides vital supportive services and legal advocacy to help individuals navigate challenges in their lives.
