The Family Support Program in Loganville, GA, is dedicated to empowering families of individuals diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders, starting from age 3. Our mission is to promote family unity by providing access to essential resources and support services that enhance the well-being of both individuals and their families. We offer a range of practical services including specialized medical supplies, therapeutic services, and recreational activities, as well as financial planning, training for parents, and respite care options. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment that facilitates personal growth and community integration, ensuring families have the tools they need to thrive together. While we provide broad support services, please note that our program is not able to cover any services that are already funded by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance.
