The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, based in Macon, GA, is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing vital financial assistance for travel costs. Each patient can receive up to $800 annually to help cover the expenses of visiting a PNH specialist or obtaining a second opinion. Our program is designed to alleviate the financial burden of essential travel, allowing patients to focus on their health without added stress. Funds can be used for airfare or train tickets, ground transportation expenses, lodging, meals, and various co-pays related to required medical visits or tests that may not be covered by insurance. In addition, we welcome grantees to travel alongside one companion, ensuring that patients have the support they need during their journey to better health.
