Located in Marietta, GA, Cancer Transitions is a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed for cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment, ideally within the last 24 months, although those further along in their journey can also find valuable support here. Our mission centers on enhancing the quality of life for cancer survivors through focused nutritional guidance, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management support. We are dedicated to empowering individuals as they transition into survivorship, fostering a community of strength, resilience, and informed wellness.
