Located in Milledgeville, GA, Cancer Transitions offers a comprehensive, evidence-based program for individuals who have survived any cancer diagnosis and completed treatment. While we primarily serve survivors within 24 months post-treatment, our supportive resources are beneficial to those at any stage of their survivorship journey.
