The Meal Support Program, based in Milledgeville, GA, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program focuses on creating a welcoming online environment where participants can engage in live, facilitated group meals designed to ensure nutritional intake while offering essential emotional support. With meal support sessions available four times a day, participants can choose from two lunch and two dinner slots that fit their schedules. Sessions are led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working toward certification as Clinical Nutrition Specialists.
