Located in Monroe, GA, the HIV Elimination Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income individuals living with HIV who are uninsured and underserved. Our mission is to ensure equitable access to essential HIV care by providing a comprehensive array of services, including HIV medical case management, medical nutrition therapy, and critical medical care. Additionally, we offer mental health care, dental services, outpatient substance abuse support, and legal advocacy. Recognizing the importance of nutrition, we also supply food assistance to meet basic nutritional needs, ensuring that our clients receive the holistic support they deserve to thrive in their communities.
