Located in Moultrie, GA, the Family Support Program is dedicated to uplifting families with individuals diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders. Serving ages three and up, we focus on keeping families together by connecting them with essential resources and support tailored to their unique needs. Our services include access to specialized medical supplies, clothing, diagnostic and dental services, recreational activities, environmental modifications, various therapeutic services, counseling, family training, behavior consultation, and respite care. We strive to strengthen family unity and ensure that every family has the tools they need to thrive in a nurturing home and community environment.
