In response to the increasing demand for fresh food options, we collaborate with local partners to bridge the meal gap through various initiatives such as community gardens, food distributions, and nutrition education. Our efforts include the establishment of nine community gardens across Gwinnett County, providing hands-on opportunities for residents to grow their own food and learn about nutrition. From the Dacula Park Community Garden to the Graves Park Community Garden in Norcross, we are committed to creating engaging spaces that foster community connections and improve health outcomes.
