OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Norcross, GA, is dedicated to supporting women as they navigate the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance to ovarian cancer patients in need, empowering these courageous individuals on their journey. We offer a comprehensive financial package that includes a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, along with invaluable psycho-social support from a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions by a certified Genetic Counselor. We invite healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, as we process requests in the order received based on available funding.
