About Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Program in Norcross, GA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of vulnerable populations, including pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children from birth to age five. Our federally-funded program offers essential food assistance to families with incomes at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty level, aiming to support those at risk for nutritional deficiencies. WIC participants receive nutrition assessments, health screenings, and valuable education on healthy eating, as well as access to vouchers for nutritious foods from authorized vendors. We’re here to empower families with the resources they need to thrive, including referrals to additional health and social services. To see if you qualify for our program, visit Georgia’s WIC website for a preliminary assessment and reach out to your local WIC office in Norcross to schedule an appointment and learn about the necessary documentation.
