About Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Program in Norcross, GA is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of low-income pregnant women, new mothers, and young children. Our federally-funded program provides crucial food assistance to families with children aged 1 to 5 years, including foster children, as well as pregnant and postpartum women. WIC offers nutrition assessments, health screenings, and valuable education on healthy eating, along with vouchers for nutritious foods from authorized vendors. We aim to empower families at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty level who are facing nutritional challenges. To see if you qualify for our services, visit Georgia’s WIC website for a preliminary eligibility assessment and contact your local WIC office to schedule an appointment and learn more about the documentation needed to apply. We are here to guide families toward healthier futures.
