About Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
At Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) in Norcross, GA, we are dedicated to improving the health and nutrition of families in our community. Our federally-funded Supplemental Nutrition Program offers vital support to pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, postpartum women, and children up to age five, including foster children, who face nutritional risks and come from low-income households. WIC provides essential services such as nutrition assessments, health screenings, and education, along with special checks for healthy foods from WIC-authorized vendors. We strive to empower families by not only addressing their immediate nutritional needs but also connecting them with additional health and social services. If you believe you may be eligible, we encourage you to take the WIC Eligibility Assessment on Georgia’s WIC website and contact your local WIC office to set up an appointment and learn about the documentation required. Together, we can foster healthier futures for women and children.
