Located in Peachtree City, GA, the HIV Elimination Program is dedicated to providing essential HIV care for low-income individuals who are uninsured and underserved. We are committed to ensuring that everyone, especially those facing financial barriers, has access to a full spectrum of services, including HIV medical case management, medical nutrition therapy, comprehensive medical care, mental health support, dental services, outpatient substance abuse assistance, and legal advocacy. Additionally, we offer food assistance to help meet the basic nutritional needs of our clients, emphasizing a holistic approach to health and well-being for people living with HIV.
