Based in Peachtree City, GA, the HIV Elimination Program is dedicated to delivering essential care for low-income individuals living with HIV who are underinsured or uninsured. Our mission centers on ensuring access to a comprehensive array of services, including HIV medical case management, medical nutrition therapy, and vital medical care. We also address mental health needs, offer dental services, and provide outpatient substance abuse support. In addition, our program advocates for legal assistance and supplies food to meet basic nutritional needs, striving to empower those who might otherwise go without critical care and support.
