Located in Peachtree City, GA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management services that suit their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach, we provide access to the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need specialized support after engaging in MOVE!.
