Open Hand Cooking Matters (OHCM) is dedicated to empowering SNAP and WIC-eligible individuals in Peachtree Corners, GA, through hands-on cooking classes designed to enhance culinary skills and nutrition knowledge. Our six-week courses provide participants with practical training from experienced instructors, covering essential skills such as knife techniques and selecting healthy, affordable produce. By fostering a supportive learning environment, we aim to equip our community with the tools necessary to make informed food choices, empowering them to cook nutritious meals for themselves and their families.
