Located in Pooler, GA, the Family Support Program is dedicated to empowering families with children aged 3 and up who have Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our mission is to promote family unity and well-being by connecting individuals and families to essential resources and support within the community. We offer a wide array of services designed to address unique needs, including access to specialized medical supplies, therapeutic services, and recreational activities. Families can benefit from our diagnostic services, counseling, nutritional guidance, and respite care, all tailored to enhance quality of life.
