The Meal Support Program in Ringgold, GA, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals while receiving the guidance they need. With sessions scheduled four times daily for lunch and dinner, our participants can easily find a time that fits their needs and schedules. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners currently training for their CNS certification, ensuring expert support throughout the meal. While we focus on meal support rather than crisis intervention, we encourage anyone in immediate distress to reach out to crisis services for help.
