(CYL2) Program, part of the Black Women's Health Imperative, is dedicated to empowering individuals to prevent type 2 diabetes and other chronic health issues such as heart disease and high blood pressure. This yearlong, evidence-based program provides essential tools and compassionate support to promote a healthier lifestyle. Participants will benefit from personalized coaching, a nurturing community focused on meaningful behavioral changes, and resources to improve their relationship with food, including practical shopping and cooking advice. By understanding the triggers behind their eating habits and learning to manage stress, individuals can cultivate lasting positive habits. The CYL2 Program is designed specifically for those with prediabetes or a history of gestational diabetes.
