MOVE! Weight Management Program in Rome, GA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management strategies. Our mission is to provide personalized care by annually screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and referring them to a variety of tailored weight management services. We offer diverse options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who wish to take charge of their weight loss independently. For Veterans who continue to face challenges with overweight or weight-related issues, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
