The Family Support Program in Savannah, GA, is dedicated to empowering families and individuals diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorders from age 3 onwards, by providing essential resources and support to help them thrive in home and community-based settings. Our comprehensive services focus on strengthening family unity through a variety of specialized offerings, including medical supplies, therapeutic consultations, recreational activities, environmental modifications, and financial planning. We aim to create a nurturing environment that links families to vital community resources, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. While we strive to assist every family as best as we can, please note that we are not able to cover services that are reimbursed by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance.
